In personal settings, you can edit your profile, choose which email notifications you want to receive, turn keyboard shortcuts on or off, and manage your account.
Open personal settings
Click your avatar menu (your initials) in the top right and select Personal settings.
Personal details
Here you see your name, profession, and role in the workspace. You can update your profession yourself. To change your role, contact your workspace administrator.
If you sign in with single sign-on (SSO), your name is managed by your organization and cannot be changed here.
Notification settings
Control which email notifications you want to receive from amaise. The toggles are divided into three groups:
Case notifications:
Your case is ready — You’ll be notified once processing of your case and all related documents is complete
New documents in your case — You’ll be notified as soon as new documents have been processed and added to your case
Inactive cases on amaise — You’ll get a reminder every 7 days for cases you haven’t accessed and that received no new documents (only with this feature enabled)
You were mentioned — You'll be notified when someone mentions you in a case, for example in the notebook or in a dashboard answer
Dashboard notifications:
Your dashboard is ready — You’ll be notified once a dashboard in your case is finished and ready to view
Collaboration status messages:
Message received — You’ll be notified as soon as a chat message has been sent to you
Status change received — You’ll be notified when the status of a request you’re involved in changes (note: this can lead to many notifications)
Access to your case requested — You’ll be notified when external experts or the administrator request access to a case you have inquired about
When a toggle is on (switched right), you’ll receive the corresponding email notification. Turn off the toggle to stop that notification.
Some emails are always sent and can’t be turned off — for example the account emails (welcome, password and MFA reset) and the notice when an uploaded file could not be processed.
Keyboard shortcuts
Turn Enable keyboard shortcuts on or off. The switch controls all keyboard shortcuts and the on-screen hints throughout the app, takes effect immediately, and applies to this browser only.

Account
In the account section you can:
Reset password — A reset link will be sent to your email address
Reset multi-factor authentication — Resets MFA. You’ll need to set it up again at your next login.
These options are not available for single sign-on users.
Troubleshooting
If you run into problems, you have two options:
Reset settings — Resets all your app preferences to default (sorting, document view settings, notifications, and more)
Repair app — Clears the app’s cache in your browser. You may need to log in again, and your current state (like your last viewed document) is reset.
