The diagnosis overview shows you all diagnoses identified in the case at a glance — grouped by relevance and with ICD-10 categories.
Open the panel
You can find the diagnosis overview in the left sidebar under Case study. Click the icon to open the panel.
Overview structure
The overview is divided into two sections:
Relevant diagnoses — All diagnoses marked as relevant, expanded and visible
Other diagnoses — Remaining diagnoses, collapsed by default
Above the list, you’ll see ICD-10 category chips with counters, which you can use to filter the display by category.
Sorting
You can sort the diagnosis list by:
Relevance — Relevant diagnoses first
Chronological — By date of diagnosis
Navigating the overview
Scroll — Browse through all diagnoses
Filter — Narrow the display using the ICD-10 category chips
Search — Look for a specific diagnosis
Click a diagnosis — Filters the main document list to show documents with that diagnosis
Details per diagnosis
Each diagnosis offers two actions:
Info button — Shows the ICD-10 chapter, code, and definition of the diagnosis
Timeline button — Opens an inline date slider showing when the diagnosis appears in the files
Adjust relevance
You can toggle the relevance of a diagnosis directly in the panel — adding or removing it from the list of relevant diagnoses. To edit a diagnosis in detail, use the PDF annotation workflow within the document itself.
