Each SSO customer receives a dedicated organization in the authentication service with custom branding (logo, colors, login page). The groups from the customer’s IdP are mapped to amaise tenants and roles, so user attributes are synchronized at every login.

Setup is coordinated with the customer’s IT team and can be flexibly connected to existing identity infrastructures.

Automated provisioning: SCIM-based automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning is available on request as part of an enterprise onboarding. Alternatively, user management can be driven via the admin interface or the amaise API — the amaise team supports customers with high user volumes during setup.
