amaise conducts a formal post-mortem process after every incident. The documented template includes:

  • Date and duration of the incident

  • Affected systems and environments

  • Impact — what users experienced

  • Root cause analysis — what technically happened

  • Remediation — what measures were taken and by whom

  • Action items — concrete improvements to prevent future incidents

Post-mortems are shared internally, and the resulting improvements are implemented as prioritized tasks. amaise has not had any confirmed data privacy breach affecting customer data to date.
