What does amaise’s SOC 2 report cover?
amaise has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type II audit. The report covers the following Trust Service Criteria:
Security — Protection of systems and data against unauthorized access
Availability — System availability according to agreed service levels
Confidentiality — Protection of confidential information
The SOC 2 report is managed through a compliance platform and is available to customers under NDA (non-disclosure agreement) upon request. amaise has never failed a security audit and has never lost a certification.
The current SOC 2 report covers the Trust Service Criteria Security, Availability, and Confidentiality. The addition of the Privacy Trust Service Criterion is being evaluated and may be included in future audit cycles based on customer demand.
