How is availability monitored?

amaise uses a 24/7 monitoring infrastructure:

  • Uptime monitoring: Automated monitoring of all production environments with on-call rotation.

  • Response times: During business hours, S1/S2 alerts are acknowledged within 15 minutes. Outside business hours, critical alerts are acknowledged within 1 hour.

  • SMS notifications: Critical alerts are sent via SMS to the on-call team.

  • Security alerts: CloudTrail alerts for root account access and security group changes with anomaly-based alerting.

  • Error tracking: Real-time error monitoring with structured JSON logging.

  • Threat detection: Cloud-native security services for continuous threat detection.

  • Heartbeats: Automatic monitoring of all scheduled background services.
