How does amaise ensure availability?

amaise ensures high availability through multiple measures:

  • Multi-AZ deployment: Production infrastructure — load balancer, application tier, database, and search — is deployed across multiple availability zones within each region. Stateful caches and network egress operate within the multi-AZ subnet group.

  • Zero-downtime deployments: Rolling updates for container services ensure deployments are carried out without downtime.

  • 24/7 monitoring: Automated monitoring with on-call rotation. Critical alerts are delivered through redundant notification channels. Documented response SLAs apply to S1/S2 incidents.

  • Automatic pre-deployment snapshots: Before every production deployment, a database snapshot is automatically created to enable quick rollbacks.

  • Status page: Available for customer communication during incidents.

  • Maintenance windows: Database maintenance takes place within a defined off-peak maintenance window. Most deployments are interruption-free.

Specific SLA values (uptime percentages) are contractually agreed per customer.
