amaise automatically sends notification emails about requests. For each notification type you can adapt the subject of these emails to your organisation's wording — for example to show a case reference or the name of the person who triggered it right in the subject.
This setting is available to you if you have the Workspace admin role and your workspace has workspace configuration enabled.
Opening the card
Open the workspace settings and switch to the Features area. There you will find the «Betreffzeilen für Benachrichtigungs-E-Mails» card. As long as you have not stored a custom subject, amaise uses the default text everywhere.
Adding a custom subject
Click «Eigenen Betreff hinzufügen» and select the notification type you want to adapt. There are ten customisable notification types:
«Nachricht erhalten»
«Anfrage in Arbeit»
«Anfrage beantwortet»
«Anfrage abgeschlossen»
«Anfrage zurückgezogen»
«Anfrage wiedereröffnet»
«Anfrage abgebrochen»
«Zugang zu deinem Fall beantragt»
«Anfrage in der Warteschlange»
«Anfrage bereit zur Überprüfung»
In the editor you enter your subject text. If you work in several languages, you store a separate version per language.
Placeholders in the subject
You can use two placeholders in the subject, which amaise replaces automatically when sending:
{{sender}} — the person who triggered the email.
{{ticketSubject}} — the title of the request.
If you write {{sender}}: {{ticketSubject}}, for example, the sent subject becomes something like "Dr. Brunner: Beurteilung zu 12-345".
Automatic additions
amaise always sets two additions itself — you do not need to enter them:
The [amaise] prefix is automatically prepended to every subject and is not editable.
Requests marked as urgent additionally receive the [Dringend] addition in the subject.
Preview
A preview shows you directly in the editor what the finished subject looks like — both in the normal case and for a request marked as urgent. This way you can see before saving how the email arrives with the recipients.
Removing a custom subject
If you remove a custom subject again, amaise automatically uses the default text for that notification type once more.
