Case notes templates give your users a structure for their case notes. As an administrator you manage them under «Settings» → «Features» (permission «TENANT__U_CONFIG»).
Create or edit a template
For each template you define:
a Title,
a Key (uppercase letters, digits and underscores only, e.g.
AUFNAHME),a Profession binding — it controls which professional group the template is preselected for,
the Content as formatted text via the editor.
The DEFAULT template cannot be deleted — every workspace always has a default template.
Changing the template order
The order in this list is the order your users get the templates in when they create a notebook. «Without template» always comes last.
To the left of each template you see the drag handle with the hint «Drag to reorder».
Drag the template to the position you want.
The new order is saved immediately and applies to all users from that moment on.
Note: The drag handle only appears with the «TENANT__U_CONFIG» permission and from two templates upwards. If several templates match a user's profession, the topmost of them is preselected.
Note: How users use a template in the notebook is covered in the article Case notes: Notebook. The profession-based preselection mentioned there is the one you configure here.
