Is there a status page for customers?
Yes. amaise operates a public status page at status.amaise.com, which is used for customer communication during disruptions. In case of unplanned outages, the status page is updated immediately:
S1 (Critical) and S2 (Major): Status page is updated immediately, supplemented by direct customer communication if needed.
S3 (Minor): Post-mortem after resolution.
Additionally, customers can request historical uptime metrics. The availability of all production environments is monitored automatically around the clock.
Planned maintenance is communicated in advance through customer channels. Release notes are published in the Help Center.
