Settings: Configure annotations

Set the annotation presets for the PDF viewer in your workspace — under «Settings» → «Features».

With annotation presets you decide which annotations your users have on hand as ready-made tools in the PDF viewer. You manage them under «Settings» → «Features» (permission «TENANT__U_CONFIG»).

Create or change a preset

For each preset you define:

  • a key (starts with USER_),

  • a title,

  • a color.

You can add, edit and delete presets. The annotations defined this way then appear as presets in the PDF viewer.
