Dashboards give you a structured overview of your case through predefined questions and categories.
What are dashboards?
Dashboards contain predefined questions about your case, some of which amaise has already answered automatically. They are grouped by theme into categories to help you quickly capture the most important information.
In addition to dashboards, you also have the CasePilot and the Notebook as complementary panels to work with your case content.
Navigating dashboards
Dashboard selection — Choose a dashboard from the list at the top
Table of contents — On the left, you’ll find an overview of all questions in the dashboard. Click an entry to jump directly there. The table of contents can be collapsed or expanded.
Jump to question — Use the dropdown in the table of contents to navigate directly to a specific question
Next/previous chapter — Use the navigation arrows to switch between chapters
Scrolling — Scroll through the dashboard content to see all questions and answers
Dashboard elements
Dashboards can contain different types of elements:
Question — A question about the case documents with an AI-generated answer
List — Structured data as a list or table
Timeline — List data shown on an interactive timeline
Traffic light — A traffic light as a decision point
Heading — Thematic sections for organization
Generating answers
If a dashboard contains unanswered questions, you can start answering all open questions at once using the «Answer all questions ({N})» button (play icon in the toolbar; {N} = number of open questions). While a run is active, the play icon is replaced by a loading spinner, and once there are no more open questions the button is hidden.
While amaise is processing your dashboard, a processing hint appears at the top with the message «We're processing your dashboard. Thanks for your patience.» and a loading spinner.
Reviewing and correcting answers
Each answer shows you the source (referenced document). You can:
Copy answer — Copy the content to your clipboard
Edit answer — Manually adjust the answer
Jump to document — Click the source reference to navigate directly to the referenced document
Answer versions
For each question, you can view earlier answer versions. Using the date chip on the answer, open a list of all versions with «View answer versions». If you have manually edited an answer, your entry appears at the top as «Edited answer».
When you select an older version, the entire dashboard switches to the historical view. A note appears at the top stating «Viewing answers from version of {date}»; use «Back to latest» to return. In the historical view, export is disabled.
Exporting dashboards
You can export a dashboard to use it offline or process it further. The following options are available:
Copy to clipboard — Copies the dashboard content to your clipboard
Download as DOCX — Downloads the dashboard as a Word document
